We currently ship within the Netherlands and Belgium. Orders are usually shipped the same day or the day after, and in most cases arrive on the next business day.

At the moment, we only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium. If you would like to place an order from another country, please get in touch with us through our contact page and we’ll be happy to look into the possibilities.

If your bracelet does not feel right, is not quite your style, or you would prefer a different design, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your order. To start the process, simply contact us, and we will send you the return instructions and help you with the next steps.

Yes, return shipping costs are currently the responsibility of the customer. While we do not offer free return shipping at this time, we will of course guide you through the return process and share the correct return instructions. If you choose to exchange your bracelet for a different style, we will ship the replacement to you free of charge.
