Refund policy
We hope you love your order and have fun creating your own stack. Since our straps are made to be mixed, matched, and customised however you like, we know finding your perfect combination can be part of the experience. If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, simply contact us and we will get back to you with further instructions on how to return your order.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you the next steps and let you know exactly how and where to send your package. Please contact us before sending anything back, because returns sent without a return request first won’t be accepted.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, let us know as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Non returnable items
We’re unfortunately not able to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different strap or want to build a different stack, the quickest way is to return the item you have first. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the combination you’d prefer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need a little extra time to process it.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still haven’t received it, please contact us.
